Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Appellation Wine Transport collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website or our services.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter in the form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, and details about your wine collection such as the number of units and estimated value.

When you call us, our phone system records the number you called from, the number you dialed, and the time of the call. We use tracking phone numbers so we can tell which advertising a call came from.

When you browse the site, we and our analytics and advertising providers collect usage information through cookies, such as the pages you visit and the ad or search result that brought you here.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your quote request and communicate with you about it.
• To schedule and perform wine transport, packing, storage, and related services.
• To measure which of our advertising brings visitors and calls, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and call tracking.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and our call tracking provider. These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and companies needed to run our business and perform your move: our service providers (such as website hosting, analytics, and call tracking) and, when needed to perform your move, the carriers and facilities involved in it.

Retention

We keep quote and job information for as long as we need it to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
